13cuci Terms & Conditions – Rights, Responsibilities & Guidelines Platform Usage

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "13cuci" refers to the online entertainment platform accessible at 13cuci.com, including all subpages, services, games, and related applications.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account with 13cuci and has been approved to use the platform's services.
• "Account" refers to a user profile officially registered at 13cuci, granting access to all available games and services.
• "Funds" refers to funds deposited by a Member into their 13cuci account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus" refers to credits, free funds, or other benefits granted by 13cuci to Members based on specific criteria and conditions.
• "Bet" refers to a wager placed by a Member on the outcome of a casino game, sporting match, or any other event available on 13cuci.
• "Rollover" refers to the wagering turnover requirement a Member must fulfil before any bonus can be converted into withdrawable funds.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the process of transferring funds from a Member's 13cuci account to their registered payment method.

Section headings in this document are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms contained therein.

To register and use 13cuci's services, all applicants must satisfy every one of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 13cuci reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and will suspend or close any account that cannot verify this age requirement.
• Nationality & Location: 13cuci services are offered exclusively to users located in Malaysia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of this service complies with the laws applicable in your place of residence.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared bankrupt or are under financial hardship protection are not eligible to register.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at 13cuci. Registering more than one account — whether under your own identity or someone else's — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration and account updates must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension.

Registering a 13cuci account is free and entirely online. The following rules and responsibilities apply to your account:

• Important Information: During registration, you are required to provide your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. All details will be verified through an OTP verification process.
• Password: You are fully responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping it confidential. 13cuci recommends a password of at least eight characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Identity Verification (KYC): 13cuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a copy of your MyKad or passport at any time, particularly before processing large withdrawals or during security reviews. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account Security: You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the 13cuci support team immediately via live chat.
• Updating Your Information: You are required to keep your account information up to date if there are any changes to your registered phone number, email address, or payment method. Outdated information may affect the withdrawal process.

All financial transactions on 13cuci are conducted entirely in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) using local Malaysian payment methods listed on the platform.

Accepted Deposit Methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet – instant deposit, minimum RM10
• DuitNow – instant deposit, minimum RM10
• GrabPay – instant deposit, minimum RM10
• ShopeePay – instant deposit, minimum RM10
• Boost – instant deposit, minimum RM10
• FPX (Online Banking) – including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks, minimum RM10

Deposit Rules:

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the Member's name only. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
• 13cuci does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your 13cuci account within seconds to up to 5 minutes, depending on the method used.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM20 per transaction. There is no daily maximum withdrawal limit, though amounts exceeding RM10,000 may require additional verification for security purposes.
• All withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes and sent directly to the registered payment method.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, unless otherwise approved by the 13cuci support team.
• Accounts with an active bonus balance that has not yet met the rollover requirements cannot make a withdrawal until those requirements are fulfilled or the bonus is manually cancelled.

13cuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward member loyalty. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each promotional offer, as well as the following conditions that apply universally to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, after the first qualifying deposit. Each individual is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only.
• Rollover Requirements: All bonuses received must meet the stated rollover requirements before the associated funds can be withdrawn. Rollover is calculated based on total wager amount, not on winnings or losses.
• Betting Limits During Bonus: While meeting rollover requirements, the maximum bet limit per match or round may be restricted. This information is stated in the specific terms of each bonus.
• Eligible Game Types: Not all games contribute equally toward rollover requirements. Certain games such as baccarat and roulette may carry a lower contribution percentage. Full contribution rates are listed in the relevant bonus terms.
• Expiry Date: All bonuses have an expiry period. Any unused bonus or unfulfilled rollover within the stipulated timeframe will expire automatically with no compensation.
• Right of Cancellation: 13cuci reserves the right to void any bonus where there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or a breach of terms by the Member. This includes the use of VPNs, multiple accounts, or betting strategies clearly intended to exploit bonus conditions.

All wagers placed on 13cuci are subject to the following gaming and betting rules:

• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, displayed on the betting screen. These limits may vary by game, market, and membership tier.
• Final Decision: All game and betting outcomes generated by the 13cuci system are final. Appeals against outcomes will only be considered where there is clear evidence of a system technical failure that can be verified by the 13cuci technical team.
• Pending Bets: Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, except in situations where the 13cuci system experiences a technical disruption officially acknowledged by management.
• Technical Failure: Should a technical disruption occur during an active match or game, 13cuci reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the funds to the Member's account. No additional compensation will be provided for circumstances outside the platform's technical control.
• Sports Betting: For Sports Betting on events such as Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, and e-sports, the odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds used to calculate winnings. Any odds changes after a bet has been confirmed do not affect the value of existing bets.
• Parlay Betting: Members may place parlay (accumulator) bets by combining multiple selections. All selections within a parlay must win for the bet to be considered successful.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure, as well as the freezing of all funds in the account concerned pending investigation:

• Identity Fraud: Registering using another person's identity or providing false personal information.
• Multiple Accounts: Owning or operating more than one account at 13cuci, whether directly or through another person.
• Use of VPN or Proxy: Using VPN software, proxies, or any other method to conceal your actual location or bypass geographical restrictions.
• Money Laundering: Using the 13cuci platform to conceal, convert, or invest money obtained through illegal activities.
• Bonus Abuse: Using strategies clearly intended to exploit the bonus system, including placing opposing low-risk bets to fulfil rollover requirements.
• Technical Disruptions: Attempting to hack, modify, or interfere with any part of 13cuci's technical systems.
• Fraudulent Collusion: Colluding with other players at the same table to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence software to make betting decisions automatically without genuine human involvement.

13cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraud, attempted fraud, or suspicious activity
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documentation within the specified timeframe
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 13cuci support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method upon completion of the verification process, within 5 business days.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, 13cuci reserves the right to withhold some or all of the funds in the account pending investigation. The final decision regarding those funds is subject to the findings of that investigation.

By using the 13cuci platform, Members agree that:

• 13cuci is not liable for any financial losses incurred by Members as a result of betting or casino gameplay on this platform. Betting involves the risk of losing money, and Members are solely responsible for their own betting decisions.
• 13cuci does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or accessible at all times. Occasional technical disruptions are beyond our control, and we will work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
• 13cuci's maximum liability to any Member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member into their account within the 30 days preceding the claim.
• 13cuci is not liable for any indirect losses, business losses, or losses resulting from loss of opportunity arising from the use of this platform.

13cuci is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that a small number of players may experience gambling-related issues, and we want to ensure this platform is used as a safe form of entertainment.

• Personal Betting Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits through their account settings. These limits take effect immediately and require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they can be increased.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to pause or permanently stop their betting activity can activate the Self-Exclusion feature via account settings or by contacting the support team. The minimum self-exclusion period is 30 days.
• Age Restriction: 13cuci enforces a strict policy prohibiting anyone under the age of 18 from using this platform. Any detected violation will result in immediate account closure.

• All personal and financial data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• Members' personal information will not be shared with third parties without the Member's consent, except where required by law or court order.
• 13cuci uses Members' data solely for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, identity verification, and platform service improvement.
• Members have the right to request a copy of their personal data held by 13cuci, or to request its deletion upon account closure, subject to legal record retention requirements.

13cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or add to any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page.

It is the Member's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms. The date of the most recent update will be displayed at the top of this document.

Continued use of the 13cuci platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all funds by contacting our support team.
